Refund Policy
Sea Change Circle operates as a private membership and property networking platform. This policy outlines how payments, memberships and listing purchases are handled.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital access and immediate entry into the network, all memberships and listing purchases are considered final.
2. Non-Refundable Purchases
We do not offer refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Unused membership periods
• Listings that have already been published or accessed
• Failure to secure a home swap or connection
3. Membership Access
Once a membership is activated, users are granted immediate access to the platform, including listings, member features and networking opportunities.
This immediate access is the reason all memberships are non-refundable.
4. Listing Upgrades
Payments for premium listings, featured placements or upgrades are non-refundable once the listing has been published or visibility has commenced.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Where required, we will review refund requests in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
6. Policy Updates
Sea Change Circle may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any changes.
